    Mr. Robins has held for over 30 years leadership business development positions in both the Federal Government and commercial sectors. Mr. Robins core business philosophy is inspired the great coaching legend Mr. John Wooten who said “Making Decisions! Failure To Act Is Often The Biggest Failure Of All.” Prior to founding ClearInfo Mr. Robins worked in several software & solutions services startup organizations including iManage, diCarta and Centel Information Systems. In addition to his commercial software projects he has lead business development efforts in the government sector for organizations like Symantec, OpenText, and Savvis. He started with the Federal government working in the Secret Service in early 1980′s.

    He holds a Bachelors of Arts in History from University of Maryland and is a certified Design Thinking specialist. Mr. Robins community involvement includes U.S. Naval Academy Plebe Sponsorship program and is an active member of the American Society Military Controllers. Mr. Robins lives in Rockville, MD and enjoys outdoor activities on weekends.

    Chief Technology Officer

    Mr. Chance has over 20 years of experience in software enterprise applications. His focus is on building mission critical IT infrastructure. He has extensive experience in Information Technology Professional Services emphasizing Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Business Process Management, Information Assurance, and Semantic Web/Search Technologies. He has held leadership positions in NSI Corporation, Momentum Systems and ECM Institute. Mr. Chance’s credentials include a DOD Top Secret Clearance TS/SCI, Open Text Certified ECM Consultant, Microsoft Windows Server and SharePoint Certification. He has an MBA from John Hopkins University and a BS in Engineering from Virginia Tech.

    Patrick Lorge served in the U.S. Navy for more than 34 years, culminating in promotion to Rear Admiral. As a senior officer, he oversaw large portions of the Navy’s infrastructure and operating bases. Over 15 years experience of strategic planning and execution at the highest levels of government.
